Langdon Down Centre TrustThe Langdon Down Centre Trust formerly known as Normansfield is a grade II Listed Building with a purpose built entertainment hall. This is a rare example of a private Victorian Theatre containing original painted scenery and other ornate fixtures and fittings.

It was established by the well known Victorian physician Dr John Langdon Down in 1868 as a family home and a place where people with learning disabilities could be cared for and educated.

The building also contains a variety of different sized rooms. As well as the Theatre there is a large conference/meeting room, two smaller meeting rooms and a very large basement area all of which are available for hire.

The Centre has been used in the past by filming companies looking for that "somewhere special".
